Refund Tiers for Cancellations

That said, sudden cancellations can affect our drivers' earnings, so we strongly encourage you to notify us immediately if your travel arrangements change. This helps everyone stay prepared and minimizes disruptions. Canceling is straightforward—simply do it through our website or the Inyatri App.

Any cancellations done within 30 minutes of your trip start time would result in retention of whole amount paid while doing your booking.
