Yes, all our rentals include comprehensive insurance that covers third-party liability, damage to the vehicle, and fire/theft. Personal Accident Insurance for the driver is also included. Please note that the insurance is subject to a standard deductible (excess) amount for which the customer is liable in case of damage.
The driver must be at least 21 years old. Must hold a valid, original Indian Driving License (Learner's licenses are not accepted). For certain premium car categories, the driver must have held the license for a minimum of 1-2 years.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages, tolls, or traffic violations. This is pre-authorised (blocked) on your credit/debit card at the time of pickup. The hold is released within 5-7 business days after the car is returned undamaged and after clearing all pending charges.
Cancellation Refunds: Processed within 24 hours of cancellation and reflect in your account in 7-10 business days. Security Deposit Release: The pre-authorisation hold on your card is released by your bank within 5-7 business days after the rental ends.
Yes, late return of the vehicle will incur additional rental charges at standard hourly rates. Consistent delays may also affect a customer's ability to book with us in the future.

We allow 250 km in 24 hours, over and above, we charge 6/- per km, which will be adjusted from your security deposit. If you have booked a car for 4 days or above, in that case you get unlimited kms.
